Troubleshooting
- If you are notified a newer version of the plug-in is available, follow the on-screen steps to install it.
- If your device is not found:
- Make sure the device is turned on and is connected to your computer.
- Turn the device off and then on again.
- Disconnect the device from your computer and then reconnect it.
- If your cache cannot be sent, refresh your Web browser and then click the Send to GPS button again.
