DeLorme Support Chat
Do you need a quick solution to a technical problem? With our chat tool, a member of our support team can answer a quick question or even view your desktop and share control of your mouse and keyboard to get you on your way.
How to Get Support
- Chat hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am–4:00 pm Eastern Time
- You can find security information and system configuration requirements for the chat tool on our FAQ page. You can also view a demonstration of a screen-sharing session.
- We currently only support the latest version of a product and one version back for DeLorme Chat.
Please Note: Currently DeLorme chat support is in BETA and we cannot guarantee that a technician will be available during the noted hours of operation. If a technician is not available to chat, please e-mail our support staff.
How It Works
- Simply type your name and a quick question in the boxes below. Then click the Connect button to proceed.
If a technician is not available to chat, please e-mail our support staff.
- You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in which will connect you to a member of our support team.
- Your support representative will chat with you online to obtain the details of the problem.
- With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
- You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
